Orders

What arrives when something sells, and abandoned carts.

You do not fulfil orders

ArtGyver prints, finishes, frames, packs and ships every order. Nothing here is a job for you to do — this page is the record of what sold, so you can see what is selling and answer a customer who writes to you.

When an order comes in

It appears under Orders and you are emailed. Each order shows the customer, the billing and delivery addresses, and every line: the piece, the size, the finish, the quantity and the price. A framed line also names the moulding and border.

Order status

Orders carry a status and a shipping status, so you can see where an order is in production and when it went out — useful if a buyer asks.

Abandoned carts

Carts that were filled but not paid for. Useful for spotting a pattern — if people consistently stop at the same point, something there is putting them off.
