Adding artwork
Uploading a piece and filling in the details that matter.
Choose New artwork in the sidebar.
The image
Upload the largest file you have. The size we can print is limited by the pixels available, so a bigger original means you can offer bigger prints. A thumbnail is generated for you.
Title and description
The title is what visitors and search engines see. The description is worth writing properly — it is what tells someone why the piece exists. If starting is the hard part, have a draft written and edit it: see AI descriptions.
Tags
Tags drive search within your gallery and link pieces to collections. Be specific: "iceberg", "harbour", "winter" are more useful than "art".
Sizes and finishes
Choose which finishes this piece is sold in and at which sizes. Nothing can be bought until at least one size has a price — the dashboard flags pieces with No price.
Location
Tag where the piece was made and it appears in map search. See Location and map search.
The flags on your dashboard
Each piece shows what is missing: No price (cannot be bought), No tags (will not be found), No location, No colours and Short text. None stops the piece being listed — they are a to-do list.
